JD Romteca: Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs
- Develop and maintain SAP system roadmaps and architectural documentation
- Oversee the integration of SAP modules with other enterprise systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP project teams
- Ensure SAP solutions align with industry best practices and organizational standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP system issues
- Participate in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for SAP-related initiatives
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency

JD Romteca: Required Skills

- Deep expertise in SAP architecture, including S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies and middleware
- Experience with SAP migrations, upgrades, and system consolidations
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and high-availability SAP solutions
- Familiarity with SAP security, governance, and compliance best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in SAP environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration and performance tuning
