We're looking for a Python Developer with solid experience in incident management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services

Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues in a timely manner

Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and reduce recurring incidents

Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in Python - 4 years +

Hands-on experience with incident management processes (e.g., triage, escalation, RCA)

Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration during incidents
