Project overview

Our client is looking for a Junior Python Data Engineer to support the creation of structured

product and model catalogs. The consultant will work with data obtained through web

scraping and document extraction, including manufacturer information, model names, and

technical specifications.

2 Responsibilities

• Collect product and model information from websites and documents.

• Develop or use Python-based web crawling and scraping solutions.

• Extract, clean, and structure data for product and model catalogs.

• Work with Databricks as part of the data processing workflow.

• Organize manufacturer information, model names, and technical specifications into

structured datasets.

3 Required experience and skills

• Approximately 2 years of Python experience.

• Approximately 1–1.5 years of Databricks experience.

• Approximately 1 year of web crawling and scraping experience.

• Experience with Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, or comparable frameworks.

• Understanding of the electrical engineering domain.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Residence in an EU country outside Germany.
