We are looking for several senior backend Engineers with more than 10 years experience.

JD Romteca: Required Skills

1. Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms and problem solving. The first interview round is focused here, and we expect candidates to navigate problems independently without needing guidance during the interview.
2. Language-agnostic mindset — while the client's current stack is Python and JS/TS, candidates should be comfortable picking up and working in new languages as the problem demands. We're looking for engineers rooted in fundamentals, not tied to a specific syntax or framework.
3. Depth over breadth — a variety of technologies on the resume is good, but we value genuine depth and hands-on problem-solving ability over a long list of tools.
