Role objective
Responsible for targeting new business and winning contracts in a challenging environment, as well as maintaining and developing the existing database.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The role has a rounded knowledge of the entire sales cycle from generating leads, through to quotation/tendering and closing the sale. She/ He has to identify target accounts for new business generation. It is expected to develop account strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
Identifying and Prospecting Opportunities
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Sales and Revenue Generation
Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Key Deliverables
Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue - monitor progress and take corrective actions if necessary to meet or exceed targets
New Client Acquisition for expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth
Revenue Growth Rate by implementing sales and business development strategies that result in increased revenue
Client Retention Rate to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients and meet client needs effectively

Job competencies & abilities:
At least 5 years of business development experience
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to sell ideas, products and service
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Commercial Awareness
Market knowledge
Ability to build rapport
Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements
Strong Romanian and English Skills
