This is a freelancing role.

Role Overview:
We are seeking reliable and professional collaborators to assist passengers in cases of flight disruptions, including long delays and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:
Be present in the public arrivals area of the assigned airport
Distribute informational materials to passengers
Clearly and professionally explain passenger rights
Maintain a respectful, discreet, and professional approach
Follow operational guidelines provided by the coordination team

Compensation & Conditions:
Freelance collaboration
€30 per assignment
Transport expenses reimbursed
Performance-based incentives
On-call work depending on operational needs

Requirements:
Must live within 1 hour of one of the listed airports
Availability to reach the airport on short notice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
