• Support the strengthening of the company’s position in the Romanian market through efficiently managing the company’s operations in participating to and accessing public contracts;
• Identify and develop technical and financial documentation of offer for securing the company’s
participation to public procurement competitions;
• Identify potential partners in order to create competitive consortia for presenting an offer;
• Coordinate the public procurement related operations;
