Responsibilities:

- Offering customer support over the phone, chat and E-mail to clients in Italian language
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintain customer relationship
- Deal with all correspondence as requested/required

Requirements:

- Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Client oriented
- Basic PC knowledge – the ability to navigate the web
- Typing skills
- Excellent communication skills
